Community Guidelines

It’s important that this is a space where members of all ages can feel respected, safe, and supported. Our users come from across the world and include youth and adults. With this in mind, we know that everyone brings their own experiences, cultural norms, and perspectives to our community.

In keeping with the goal of our community, the following are not permitted:

  • Sharing content or engaging in discussions that are not appropriate for all ages, including NSFW conversations, sexual jokes, or roleplay

  • Sending sexually explicit messages on any Queercraft platform.

  • Engaging in any illicit activity on, or by using, platforms and services of Queercraft.

  • Engaging in or soliciting sexual conduct.

  • Soliciting, sharing, or attempting to distribute content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize child sexual abuse.

  • Sharing, distributing, or creating sexually explicit or suggestive content of other people.

  • Discussion or promotion of illegal drugs or substance misuse.

  • Threatening real-world harm on individuals.

  • Promoting, facilitating, engaging in, or otherwise supporting harassment, including, but not limited to, bullying, sexual, racial, and disability harassment.

  • Sharing, or threatening to share, personally identifiable information about an individual without their consent.

  • Using hate speech or engaging in other hateful conduct.

  • Sharing media depicting excessive violence with the intent to harass or shock others.

  • Misrepresenting your identity in a deceptive way.

  • Engaging in activities that could damage or compromise the security of Queercraft, an account, network, or system.

  • Engaging in activities that promote, facilitate, or execute financial scams or fraudulently generate profit at the expense of others.

  • Submitting false, misleading, or abusive reports or tickets to Queercraft administrators.

  • Sharing content or engaging in discussions that violate the Minecraft Usage Guidelines or the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).

If you witness, experience, or become aware of someone violating these guidelines, please report it by opening a ticket in our #get-help channel on Discord, at queercraft.net/contact, or by contacting a member of volunteer staff directly.

Upon receiving a report from a member of the community, we will review the report and conduct any appropriate inquiry or investigation as necessary. We may request additional information from you. This may include asking for additional information and context for your report, screenshots, recordings, or other documentation related to your report. The more information, the easier it is for us to review and take the appropriate action. Queercraft’s administrators will determine the consequence for violating the community guidelines including removal from the server.

Please note, if you are only a witness and not the individual directly experiencing the violation of the guidelines, you may not receive the full details of the outcome of an inquiry or investigation due to privacy considerations of other community members.

Queercraft reserves the right to request that a community member remove, or proactively remove of its own accord, any content that it deems inappropriate for the community that may not be specifically outlined here.

If we learn of unlawful content on Queercraft’s servers, we will take appropriate action, including removal of content, blocking community member’s access to certain features, limiting members access to Queercraft programming (or programs), disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement if necessary. If the report relates to the welfare or potential abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable group, Queercraft will report as mandated by law.
